Keystones Take Nail-Biter Over Gothams
The Philadelphia Keystones racked up a win at Broad Street Park II, bumping off the New York Gothams, 5-3. Charlie Waddell, who started for Philadelphia, pitched effectively for his team. Philadelphia now has a record of 63-56 with the win.

Philadelphia won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With one out and Steve Groves on the mound for New York, third baseman Hank Koblenz hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Keystones fans to their feet.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Waddell said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
