Foresters Rally For 7-3 Win | Cleveland beat Brooklyn on the strength of starter Ducky Davis's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 7-3. Ollie White, now 2-5, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.1 innings. Cleveland is last in the Continental Association with a record of 20-26.
Eddie Morris helped the cause in the bottom of the eighth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single. His at-bat contributed to the Cleveland win.
