 | Montreal-Pittsburgh Trade: Haab for Squillante Wednesday, March 21st, 1934 The Montreal Saints swapped 25-year-old RHP Red Floyd, 31-year-old C Frank Haab and a 2nd round draft pick for 29-year-old C Curt Squillante of the Miners after what Pittsburgh officials would only characterize as "difficult" negotiations. In his career Haab is hitting .272 with 405 hits, 16 home runs, 157 runs scored and 187 RBIs. Lifetime Squillante has compiled a .287 batting average and collected 294 hits, 10 home runs and 150 RBIs. |   |
