 | Nagasaki, Vesutan Deal Made Tuesday, January 14th , 1975 The Stars announced today the acquisition of 24-year old LF Tomaru Nagashima from the Vesutan Bees in exchange for 31-year old 2B Saneo Ibe. "This isn't the biggest deal out there," acknowledged the Stars, "but it should help out both clubs." In 685 career games, Ibe has put up a .221 average, collected 67 doubles, 9 triples, and 31 home runs, driven in 172 runs, and scored 219 times. |   |
